The Leader is responsible for all project activities during the project phases his / her assignment applies to. It mainly consists of planning, setting up, and executing the project activities, ensuring that the delivery of the projects is made in a professional way with a focus on meeting the profitability, service quality and time planning goals and that the customer’s business requirements are fulfilled.

The Leader should also manage the customer relation and the customer’s expectations and thus handle changes together with the requirements for the projects as described in the project specification. Handling expectations is extremely important to get a satisfied customer.

Requirement:

• 3 years experience in website development.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience working with the .NET framework.
• Good knowledge in project management, software development processes, tools (such as MS Project)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Proactive and high sense of leadership, responsibility, hardworking.
• Teamwork skill.

Private requirement for Web Application Position:
• Experience in ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio, etc.
• Technical understanding of Ajax, Hibernate.
• Priority for PHP Knowledge

Private requirement for Desktop Application Position:
• Experience in C#, Visual Studio, etc.
• Dev Express components (Tool/Report)
