On 12/12/2009, Renovation held the anniversary for one year operation marking the new development stage of Renovation with a team of 30 professional engineers starting from a team of 4 founding members.

After a year of operation, Renovation has made the following achievements:
 Securing a growth rate of 300% in the first year.
 Winning the first cross-border service supply contract to USA
 Establishing the software development process according to the CMMI3+ model.
 Doubling the office space.

In the anniversary ceremony, Renovation has recognized and praised all the excellent team leaders who have been working so hard to contribute to Renovation success over the past one year.

Also in the ceremony, Mr. Duong Pham – CEO announced the second year operational strategies and plans in which he emphasized that the second year would be a lot more challenging when the global econocomic crisis hit our target markets the hardest. However, he ended by expressing his conviction in the company going through the tough time and achieving sustainable growth.
